HOW TRACKING WORKS

After your order has been confirmed as shipped, a tracking code will be generated by the shipping company and sent to the email address you provided at the time of purchase.

Timeframe for sending the tracking code:

  • The tracking code is sent within 5 (five) business days after the product is shipped.

  • This timeframe may vary depending on the item's origin (domestic or international stock) and the logistics operator used.

HOW TO TRACK YOUR ORDER

  1. Please check the email address used for the purchase (including your spam or junk mail folder).

  2. Locate the message containing the tracking code .

  3. Use the tracking code provided on the carrier's website to track your order's delivery.

For orders containing more than one product, the items may be shipped separately, and each shipment may have a distinct tracking code .

My tracking isn't updating. Is this normal?

Yes.
 Especially with international shipments , it's common for tracking to temporarily lose updates while the package is in transit.

  • It is in transit between countries.

  • It goes through customs inspection.

  • Awaiting clearance from the relevant authorities.

The information will be updated again as soon as the package enters the logistics system of the destination country.

I did not receive my tracking code. What should I do?

If the 5 business day period after shipping has passed and you still haven't received the tracking code, please contact us through our official customer service channels, providing the following information:

  • Full name

  • Order number (example: #1010)
