1. Objective

This Budget Policy establishes the guidelines applicable to requests for quotation (“RFQ”) submitted to Magallan Aerospace Supply for the supply of aerospace parts, components, and supplies.

2. Request for Quotation

The customer can request a quote for:

  • Items available in the catalog;
  • Items not listed on the website;
  • Parts made to order;
  • Components by specific Part Number;
  • Items for aircraft, drones, or related systems.

For proper analysis, we recommend sending the following information:

  • Part Number (P/N);
  • Full item description;
  • Desired quantity;
  • Required condition (New, Overhauled, Serviceable, etc.);
  • Aircraft/system application or model (when applicable).

3. Free of charge

All quotes provided by Magallan Aerospace Supply are free of charge and do not imply a purchase commitment on the part of the requester.

4. Response Time

Quote requests will be reviewed and answered within 24 business hours, except in situations that require additional technical confirmation from suppliers or manufacturers.

5. Budget Validity

The issued quotes are valid for 7 (seven) consecutive days, starting from the date of issue.

After this deadline, a new request will be necessary due to possible variations in:

  • Exchange rate;
  • Stock availability;
  • Manufacturer updates;
  • Logistical conditions;
  • Market changes.

6. Order Confirmation

To formalize the order after accepting the quote, the client must provide:

  • Name or company name;
  • CPF or CNPJ (when applicable);
  • Full address;
  • Postal Code;
  • Billing information;
  • Contact information (email and phone number).

After receiving the information and confirming payment according to the agreed conditions, the order will be processed for shipment.

7. Price Conditions

The values ​​presented in the quote:

  • Subject to availability at the time of confirmation;
  • They may vary depending on the condition of the part (New, Overhauled, Serviceable);
  • Prices do not include additional shipping costs, taxes, or customs fees, unless expressly stated otherwise.

The final price may include logistics costs calculated based on the address provided by the customer.

8. Payment

The order will only be considered confirmed after:

  • Receipt of payment;
  • Bank confirmation or proof of payment validation;
  • Internal formalization of the supply order.

9. Cancellation or Expiration

If payment is not made within the validity period of the quote, the document will automatically become invalid, and a new quote will be required.

10. Limitation of Liability

Magallan Aerospace Supply acts as a technical and commercial intermediary between manufacturers, distributors, and certified workshops. Delivery times and availability depend on the supplier's conditions at the time of order confirmation.
