Shipping and Delivery Policy

Magallan Aerospace Supply

This Shipping and Delivery Policy establishes, in detail, the conditions applicable to logistics operations resulting from the acquisition of aerospace parts, components, and supplies through the Magallan Aerospace Supply digital platform.

Considering the technical and, in some cases, regulated nature of the products sold, this policy aims to clarify the procedures related to the preparation, shipping, transport, tracking, and delivery of orders, as well as define responsibilities and limitations inherent to national and international operations.

By making a purchase on the platform, the customer declares that they are aware of and fully agree to the provisions set forth herein.

1. ORIGIN OF THE PRODUCTS

The products marketed by Magallan Aerospace Supply may:

I – To be shipped from our own stock located in Brazil;
II – To be shipped from international stock;
III – To be supplied directly by manufacturers, distributors or international partners, under a supply-on-demand model, assisted import or commercial intermediation.

Due to these different operational methods, delivery times and conditions may vary accordingly:

  • Origin of the product;
  • Availability in stock;
  • Contracted logistics modality;
  • Applicable regulatory requirements;
  • Export and import procedures.

Whenever possible, the product's origin will be stated in the item description or during the purchase process.

2. PREPARATION AND PROCESSING OF THE APPLICATION

Order processing begins only after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Confirmation may depend on:

  • Bank clearing;
  • Anti-fraud validation;
  • Registration verification;
  • Document verification, when applicable.

2.1 Physical Products

For physical products, the average internal preparation time (including picking, technical verification, proper packaging, and issuing tax and logistics documentation) is 1 (one) to 3 (three) business days.

This deadline may be extended as follows:

  • Order volume;
  • Technical nature of the product;
  • Need for additional compliance verification;
  • Cargo consolidation;
  • International origin of the item.

The preparation time refers exclusively to internal company activities and does not include transportation time.

3. DOMESTIC SHIPPING OPTIONS (BRAZIL)

For shipments within Brazilian territory, the following may be used:

  • Postal service (PAC, SEDEX or equivalent options);
  • Private transportation companies;
  • Specialized logistics operators, when necessary.

The choice of modality may depend on:

  • Based on the weight and dimensions of the product;
  • Due to the urgency of the delivery;
  • From the destination location;
  • Regarding logistical feasibility.

3.1 Estimated Delivery Times – Domestic Shipping

The delivery times provided at the time of purchase are estimates supplied by the logistics operators and do not constitute an absolute guarantee of delivery time.

On average:

  • SEDEX: up to 7 (seven) business days;

Any variations do not constitute a breach of contract when they result from factors external to Magallan Aerospace Supply.

For international shipments, Magallan Aerospace Supply may use recognized logistics operators in the market, such as:

  • DHL;
  • FedEx;
  • UPS;
  • International Mail;
  • Other operators depending on the nature of the operation.

4.1 Estimated Delivery Time – International Shipping

The average delivery time may vary between 2 (two) and 6 (six) weeks, and may be longer depending on:

  • Country of origin of the product;
  • Country of destination;
  • Mode of transport (air or economy);
  • Customs procedures;
  • Local inspections or regulatory requirements.

International delivery times are estimates and subject to variations beyond the company's control.

5. TAXES, FEES AND CUSTOMS CHARGES

For international shipments, the customer acknowledges that the following may apply:

  • Import taxes;
  • Customs duties;
  • Customs clearance costs;
  • Local administrative or tax charges.

These values are determined by the authorities of the destination country and are not included in the product or shipping price, unless expressly indicated.

The importer (customer) is solely responsible for paying these charges.

6. ORDER TRACKING

Whenever available, a tracking code will be provided after the order has been shipped.

Tracking allows you to follow the product's movement from origin to final destination.

For orders containing multiple items, the products may be shipped separately and may have different tracking codes.

The updating of information depends exclusively on the carrier's systems.

8.1 Incorrect or Incomplete Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide complete and accurate information.

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may be reshipped upon payment of new shipping costs.

8.2 Absence at Address

Delivery attempts follow the rules of the contracted carrier.

8.3 Loss

In the event of loss formally confirmed by the carrier:

  • The company will work with the logistics operator to investigate;
  • The solution may involve resending or a refund, depending on the case analysis.

9. REFUSAL TO RECEIVE

The customer should refuse delivery if they notice:

  • Packaging damaged;
  • Damaged product;
  • Product does not match the order.

Acceptance without reservations may be interpreted as acceptance of the apparent condition of the delivery.
