2. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (ONLINE PURCHASES)
According to article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 7 (seven) consecutive days , starting from the date of receipt of the product.
Conditions for exercising the right:
- The product must not have been used, installed, or modified ;
- It must be in perfect condition , with original packaging, accessories and documentation;

Important:
Due to the technical nature of some aerospace products, the cost of return shipping may be the customer's responsibility , except in cases of proven operational error by Magallan Aerospace Supply.
3. RETURN DUE TO MANUFACTURING DEFECT
If a manufacturing defect is identified , the customer must notify Magallan Aerospace Supply within 90 (ninety) days , in accordance with the legal warranty.

Pix, boleto or bank transfer
The refund will be made by bank transfer to an account held by the buyer, within 10 (ten) business days after the return is approved.

- The request is outside the legal deadlines;
